FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery. SUBSTANCE: for suturing the posterior wall of great vessel, in case of perforating wound, suturing material is fixed to external surface of anterior-lateral wall of vessel. Suturing material is introduced into vessel lumen. Applied over internal surface of vessel is blanket suture up to proximal angle of wound. Suture is extended up to distal angle of wound and over vessel internal surface. Suture is extended to opposite anterior-lateral wall and brought to outside and fixed.
