SUBSTANCE: posterior vaginal fornix or anterior wall of rectal stump is dissected. Polyethylene sleeve is inserted through the formed hole into the abdominal cavity, it is straightened, delimiting the walls of the colpotomy or proctotomy hole. Linear stapler suture is stitched on adductor intestine to form 8-shaped suture with capture of each pole of stapling suture line. 8-suture is tightened. Luer clamp transvaginally or transrectally through the lumen of the polypropylene sleeve is used to capture the suture “Prolen 1/0”, which fixes the intestinal stump, and the preparation is extracted.

EFFECT: method reduces the rectal or vaginal injuries, minimizes the risk of violating the integrity of the polyethylene sleeve and damaging the vaginal or rectal mucosa with a stapling suture and provides a reliable level of hemostasis, prevents contamination of abdominal cavity, reduces necessity of colpotomy or proctotomy opening due to application of 8-shaped suture and compaction of stump of extracted intestinal area.
