SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making dried medicinal formulas for oral or intranasal use that show probiotic, immunomodulating and antiviral activities. Immunoprobiotic preparation has bacterial mass of lyophilized living bifidobacterium cells and nonpathogenic streptococci showing antagonistic activity with respect to enteropathogenic microorganisms of poultry intestine, dried mixture of alpha-2-interferon and gamma-interferon and dry aluminium hydroxide at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: dried bacterial mass 4-5; mixture of alpha-2-interferon and gamma-interferon 0.2-0.4 and dry aluminium hydroxide - the rest. Invention can be used for prophylaxis of infectious diseases associated with disorders in immunocompetent regions of intestine and liver that promote the development of secondary dysbacteriosis in poultry under conditions of industrial poultry farming.
