FIELD: transport engineering; ventilation and heating of cars, trucks and other vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed ventilation-and-heating device has housing formed by lower and upper panels. Fan with electric motor and partition are installed in housing. Partition forms main and bypass air ducts. Heat exchanger and radiator with cooling agent are installed in main air duct. Cover connected with partition encloses fan with electric motor. Casing secured on lower and upper panels is installed with clearance over cover. Casing and cover form space connected with bypass air duct into common suction channel. Suction channel has port with rotary gate valve located in zone where casing is connected with upper panel and opening outwards, and port with louvered flap opening into vehicle interior. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of operation of ventilation-and-heating device and provision of comfortable atmosphere in winter and summer periods. 2 cl, 1 dwg
