FIELD: transport engineering; passenger cars.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at improving aerodynamics and comfortability of car. Proposed hollow bottom of passenger car contains two horizontally orientated panels with units and sets of propulsor arranged in between, including engine supply and cooling system elements which are furnished with inner longitudinal partitions forming insulated channels which can be placed in communicated with each other, body and ambient atmosphere by means of gates. Central channel of bottom can be made through, being connected with engine exhaust system, and spaces of outer channels and spaces formed between outer channels and central channel can be used to accommodate power sources, for instance, storage batteries and/or fuel elements or tanks and are connected with cooling, heating and ventilations systems. Central channel can accommodate elements of exhaust gas catalyst converters, and cylindrical space can be made in central part to accommodate propeller shaft. Moreover, channels can be made profiled in length to form contraction tube at bottom inlet and diffuser at outlet, and edges of outlet nozzles of channels can be cut off from below at angle to outlet flows and at least part of said channels are made communicating with formation of ejectors. Cooling, heating and ventilation system channels can be connected with radiator installed with tilting before body windshield through shaped air duct to form three-dimensional structure, and bottom proper is made in form of load-bearing three dimensional hollow beam to pass gas flows through its inner spaces.
EFFECT: improved riding comfort and safety of passenger car at reduced drag.
