FIELD: disinfection of domestic products and products of medical purpose, hygiene of medical personnel and presterilization purification. SUBSTANCE: detergent comprises 1,6 di(N-n- chlorophenylquanido)hexane (1-5%), alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, (satamine AB) or didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride (3-15%), nonionic surfactant includes water-soluble oxyethylated monoalkyl phenols based on propylene trimers (1-10%), colorant (0.001-0.01%), odorant (0.01-0.2%) and solvent such as water or mixture thereof with ethyl alcohol (up to 100%). EFFECT: wider spectrum of activity of the detergent, increased bactericidal activity thereof and good washing and presterilization effect at much lower concentrations of surfactant. 3 ex, 1 tbl
