The invention is a disinfecting polymer antiseptic for surface treatment, consisting of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and water, characterized in that it additionally contains polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride and guanidine polymethacrylate, in the following ratio, wt%: polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride - 1.5-10.5; polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride - 0.5-13.0; guanidine polymethacrylate - 0.4-22.0; water - 54.5-97.6.

EFFECT: creation of a disinfecting polymer antiseptic with increased antimicrobial and antiviral activity, which retains disinfecting properties during long-term storage, as well as preservation of antimicrobial properties on the treated surface for a long period of time.
