FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry, namely to antiseptics and disinfection, and is intended for production of solubilised form of chlorhexidine base and use of said form in antiseptic and disinfecting compositions. Solubilization of the chlorhexidine base, consisting of micellar and lamellar microencapsulation of base chlorhexidine, is carried out in the presence of an amino acid and an amine oxide. Antiseptic composition in form of a concentrate contains chlorhexidine base, amino acid, amine oxide, glycerin, coloring agent and water. Disinfectant composition in form of a concentrate contains chlorhexidine base, amino acid, amine oxide, polyethylene glycol, dye and water. In another version, the disinfectant composition in form of a concentrate contains a chlorhexidine base, an amino acid, an amine oxide, a dye and an alcohol. Components are used in claimed amounts.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides effective antiseptic and disinfection with respect to tuberculosis mycobacteria, including strains of multiresistant MDR, extremely resistant XDR and panresistant PDR, as well as bacterial spores, fungi and viruses.
