FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, namely, to the field of production of composite multilayer non-woven reinforced textile materials applied primarily in industrial, civil and vehicle road building. Reinforced drainage flexible composite geotextile non-woven material comprises, as central reinforcing elements, two groups of rovings located at a regular step in a straightened state with controlled tension and at right angles orthogonally to each other in the longitudinal and transverse directions, made of basalt fibres with breaking elongation no greater than 3.5%, retained without using heat-treated binders or stitching with thread only due to the fibres of the two, upper and lower, layers of filtering non-woven sheets. All layers are connected by the needle-punch method with a reduced frequency of needle movement of the needle-punching unit in the range of 20÷150 punches per minute.
EFFECT: improvement in the operating characteristics of the reinforced drainage material, namely, increase in the strength, reduction in the breaking elongation to a value not exceeding 5% while preserving the flexibility of the material, increase in the operating life, simplicity of manufacture.
