FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: nonwoven combined material containing aerogel particles is designed for manufacture of articles with low heat conductivity, particularly, manufacture of mats and plates. The material contains at least one layer of nonwoven material and particles of aerogel. Nonwoven material contains at least one bicomponent fibrous material. The latter has parts with low and high melting temperatures and fibers of fibrous mass are bound with particles of aerogel and with one another with the help of part of fibrous material with low melting temperature. Aerogel particles have porosity of more than 60%, density below 0.4 g/cu.cm and heat conductivity of less than 40 mW/mK. Method of the material production includes filling of aerogel into fibrous mass with porosity of more than 60%, density of below 0.4 g/cu.cm and heat conductivity of less that 40 mW/mK, and subsequent thermal hardening and, if required, under pressure and temperature above the lowest melting point and below the highest melting point. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 13 cl, 2 ex
