FIELD: mechanical engineering; submersible pumps designed for handling formation fluid. SUBSTANCE: proposed submersible pumping unit has several pumping sections connected by screws. Head of lower pumping section accommodates housing of bearing with channels for formation fluid. Upper section is connected by base with head of lower section by means of screws. Splined sleeve connecting the shafts is simultaneously a movable bushing of bearing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of centrifugal pump owing to elimination of vibration and wobbling of pump shaft in zone of connection of pump sections. 1 dwg
