FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: sleeve comprises two buildings, with the ability to set the relative angular displacement, the driving, and driven shafts. The clutch is made symmetrical with respect to the transverse plane passing through the middle of a member of its central shell. Enclosures are equipped with an internal thread and are on the facing ends of the longitudinal grooves and the spherical recess, mating with a spherical shell bottomed screwed into the cup. In the shell, the radial bearing body is concentrically disposed with longitudinal channels on the outer surface and the moving cage having longitudinal teeth for mating with longitudinal teeth on the shaft of the spherical heads. Between the heads the insert is mounted with mating spherical recesses at the ends and longitudinal teeth for fixation on the cage. Each shaft is laid into the groove journal bearing is disposed in biasing hub consisting of a cylindrical part with an external thread and a head part with inclined holes having a spherical base, which rests on the bottom of the inner surface of the glass. Between the cylindrical part of the sleeve and the shaft biasing the annular channel is formed. A gear is mounted on the glass holder, engaged with the longitudinal grooves of the housing. To each end of the cage, the corrugated diaphragm is attached, fixed on a shaft snap ring.
EFFECT: increase of reliability of the coupling work in deviated wells, reducing its size, providing the possibility of transferring axial forces.
