FIELD: air ventilation of rooms. SUBSTANCE: air-ventilation chamber includes frame with inlet window and sectional air heaters placed on both sides of inlet window. Frame is formed by air heaters, ceiling and wall. Air heaters are placed at acute angle with regard to inlet window with formation of trapezium in cross section which major base includes inlet window fitted with shutters. Sections of air heaters with supply and discharge branch pipes are manufactures in the form of collectors uniting at least one row of pipes forming separate passage. Air-ventilation chamber operates as follows: air is supplied through inlet window, is uniformly distributed in chamber, is heated in sectional air heater and is released into room. Air is uniformly distributed in chamber by positioning of air heater at acute angle relative to inlet window and is heated with the aid of water heater. Heating water is supplied from above into first section of heater, is drained from below and is fed from above into second section of heater. Air is first supplied into least heated section and then into most heated one. EFFECT: directed advance of cold air through sections of air heater, maximum level of heat exchange between cold air and heat transfer agent, prevention of freezing of heat transfer agent in individual heat exchange pipes. 9 cl, 3 dwg
