FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: connection of heat exchange the finned tubes in the row and rows among themselves is performed in series by one tube in the pass in one branch, and adjacent heat exchange tubes in the row are connected in series among themselves by interpipe transitions in the form of steeply bent branches and fitted with easily removable repair and protective plugs, the amount of series connected tubes in the row and total amount of passes in all rows is selected depending on actual parameters of existing heat network and defined by the hydraulic characteristic of the hot water calorifer. The easily removable repair and protective plug is implemented in the form of the threaded bushing and fitted with the protective membrane. The protective membrane is implemented with a possibility of destruction at 1.5-2 times excess of working pressure of the heat carrier at accidental freezing of water in tubes.
EFFECT: improvement of profitability, durability and reliability of the hot water calorifer, providing fail-safety of its operation at normal and emergency modes, possibility of maintenance of stability of parameters during the whole service life.
