SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out tissular Doppler-echocardiographic examination in rest state. The number of segments with the following asynergy types like hypokinesis and akinesis is determined. The number of segments having asynergy being equal to or greater than 85%, surgical myocardium revascularization is advised and medicamentous therapy alone is considered to be ineffective.

EFFECT: high accuracy in determining indications to surgical treatment.
