FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method includes implantation directly to eyeball posterior pole of infusion system consisting of collagen sponge and silicon sponge; introduction into silicone sponge of medicinal preparation and bringing of flexible button-like electrode to immediate vicinity of optic nerve; attachment of passive electrode to occipital part and conduction of seance of direct electrophoresis with electrostimulation. EFFECT: conduction of both direct electrophoresis with medicinal preparations and electrostimulation of nerve fibers of optic nerve in case of its partial atrophy.
