SUBSTANCE: method involves building two scleral windows in superoexterior eyeball quadrant in the vicinity of flat portion of the ciliary body. Drugs introduced under conjunctiva penetrate into vitreous body depot and then propagate towards retina and the optic nerve with vitreous flow.
