FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: introduced into Tenon's s[ace is tube of biologically inert material, e. g. , silicon. Tube is sutured to stripe of collagen hemostatic tube which makes it possible to fix the tube end in needed place of Tenon's space and creates drug depot and prolongs its effect. The other end of tube is brought through conjuctiva outside and is connected with microdropper secured in supraciliary region to enable dosed supply of drug to Tenon's space during the entire course of patient treatment. EFFECT: provision of constant concentration of drug in eye tissues and prolonged effect of drugs.
