They include granules comprising saccharide with low moldability and saccharide with high moldability. Products comprise active ingredient. Method comprises granulation of saccharide with low moldability with saccharide with high moldability followed by direct pressing of the resulting granules. Products are become rapidly decomposed and soluble in mouth cavity but are sufficiently hard not to be breakable throughout all stages of manufacture and distribution thereof.
