To do this, intraoperatively after installing the components of the endoprosthesis, perform one-stage puncture of the joint capsule, periosteum and soft tissues around the installed components of the hip endoprosthesis with a medicinal cocktail consisting of 50 ml of a 0.75 % solution of ropivacaine with 2 ml of a 0.25 % solution of dexamethasone with an aspiration test before each injection of the needle. After that, the wound is sutured.

EFFECT: method ensures the achievement of moderate pain syndrome on the first day and a weak one in the next four days with relief of pain by the 7^th day after hip arthroplasty while reducing the time of manipulation and preventing the loss of part of the volume of the analgesic cocktail along with intraoperative blood loss.
