SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound, methods and composition used for treatment of patients suffering with diseases that are characterized by anomal level of one or more components regulating or depending on one or more Ca2+-receptors. New compounds for these methods and compositions are developed also. Method involves administration to patient molecules at effective amount acting on one or more Ca2+-receptors and showing affinity to these receptors or exhibiting antagonistic properties. Preferably, molecule is able to act as a substance showing affinity or as antagonist to Ca2+-receptors of one or more but not all cell types taken among the group consisting of parathyroid cells, osseous osteoclasts, juxtaglomerular renal cells, cells of proximal transverse tubule, keratinocytes, thyroid parafollicular cells and placenta trophoblasts.
