Preferably molecule is able to interact as selective agonist or antagonist on Ca2+-receptors of a single or more (but not all) cells. These cells are taken among the group consisting of parathyroid cells, osseous osteclasts, periglomerular renal cells, proximal tubular renal cells, peripheral tubular renal cells, thick ascending branch Henle's loop cells and/or duct collecting loop cells, epidermal keratinocytes, parafollicular thyroid cells (C-cells), intestinal cells, placental trophoblasts, atrium cells, cells producing gastrin and glucagon, renal mesangial cells and breast cells.
