FIELD: plastic metal working, namely cold plastic deforming of materials for making parts with predetermined operational characteristics. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by placing blank in die whose material is worked with use of sphere-dynamic effect in sphere dynamic planetary fluctuation deforming module. Module includes three portions. Mean portion made of natural quartz has annular groove on lateral surface in which is arranged with possibility of free rolling spherical antigravity resonator partially filled with ferromagnetic liquid containing dispersed material. In mean portion module also has cavity partially filled with ferromagnetic liquid with dispersed material preliminarily worked with use of sphere-dynamic effect. In said cavity is arranged hollow gravity resonator filled with ferromagnetic liquid with dispersed material also worked with use of sphere-dynamic effect. Apparatus for performing the method includes receiver- concentrator of radiant energy in the form of hollow pyramid transparent for solar irradiation and having inside accumulating device in the form of spherical accumulators and laminate plate-type orbital sphere-dynamic polarizer. Die is provided with radiant energy accumulator in the form of helical body and with annular receptacle of air ions. Radiant energy accumulator is communicated with cavity of die through waveguides whose outlets are arranged along its whole height. Annular receptacle is in the form of fluid-tight annular funnel with open electric circuit and incandescence lamp. At process of deforming blank by pulsating rolling around effort from side of punch, blank material receives permissible energy level, it is strengthened and begins to transmit supplied energy to module. The last accumulates energy until predetermined level and begins to perform spontaneous fluctuations for changing state of deforming system to mode of dynamic instability.
