SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes punch, die, planetary deforming fluctuation module and pusher. Module is in the form of main and additional shaping torsional generators. First generator consists of two portions having on their joined surfaces identical cone recesses restricting cavity communicated with atmosphere through duct. Surface of cavity is made of non-magnetic material. Additional shaping generator is in the form of gravitation resonator including permanent magnet. The last is in the form of body of revolution and it is placed in cavity with possibility of free motion. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus. 2 dwg
