SUBSTANCE: water decarbonization plant has decarbonization unit with pipe-lines of starting and decarbonized water, of flash steam and air conduit connected to it. The latter includes fan. Plant is fitted with air flow governor linked to sensor of starting content of free carbon dioxide in starting water and controlling element in air conduit. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency of plant for decarbonization of water due to maintenance of optimum flow rate of air supplied into decarbonization unit under varying operation conditions of plant. 1 dwg
