FIELD: manufacture of building materials, more particularly heat-insulating materials in industrial and civil building and heat insulating industry. SUBSTANCE: raw mix comprises wt %: surfactant, 2.0-3.0; liquid glass, 16.0-18.0; carbamido- formaldehyde resin; 4.0-6.0; zinc oxide, 6.0-7.0; boric acid, 1.0-1.25; dio or trivalent metal hydroxide, 19.0- 21.0; orthophosphoric acid, 17.0-19.0; aluminium sulfate, 5.0-6.0; aluminium powder, 0.5-1.0; and the water balance. After molding the mix, material is treated in high frequency field of 15-20 MHz for 20-30 minutes.
