FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to heat-resistant materials which can be used, for example, in construction and other fields. The heat-resistant foamed polymer composite material contains at least one foamed rubber or foamed polymer as a base, wherein the base has perforations where the pores open along the surface of the material, and filler which fills the volume of the perforations and the opened pores, which contains at least one rubber or polymer, having heat-resistance in the temperature range of 200-700°C, or liquid glass, as well as a curing agent and a stabiliser. The method of producing a base includes perforating the surface of a base in the horizontal section to 75% of the area. On the remaining non-perforated part of the surface of the base, material is removed from the surface until pores of the base open. The volumes of the perforations and the volumes of the opened pores cleaned. A method of producing heat-resistant foamed polymer composite material is also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain fire-proof heat-resistant material, having reliable adhesion of the filler with the base and improved distribution of the filler in the base matrix.
