FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thermostable composite material contains, at least, one perforated natural fibrous material or perforated chemical fibrous material as base and filler, which contains, at least, one caoutchouc or polymer, which possess thermal stability in the range of temperatures from 200 to 700°C or liquid glass, curing agent and stabiliser. Filler can additionally include: fire-retardants, solvent, pigments, dispersing additives, modifier, plasticiser, flexibiliser, microspheres, impact-resistant and metal additives. Material is obtained by perforation of natural or chemical fibrous material, for instance, in form of sheet with obtaining area of perforated surface in horizontal section of blank within up to 75 percent. Separately prepared liquid filler is applied on perforated surface, filling empty capacities and capacities of perforation at room temperature, and exposure for 15-28 hours to its complete hardening.
EFFECT: provision of compositional material, which has high thermal stability, longevity and ecological safety.
