FIELD: metallurgy; recuperation of heat of used dust-laden gases. SUBSTANCE: dust-laden gases are cleaned of dust and are used for heating water in scrubber which is subjected to cleaning from sediment, decompression and partial evaporation. Energy of steam is used in steam power plant consisting of gas-expander and condenser. Condensate from condenser is returned for sprinkling the scrubber at replenishment of fresh water for compensation for losses. Water remaining after evaporation is also returned for sprinkling the scrubber (in way of flow of liquid) after cooling with condensate. Energy of gases cooled in scrubber is used in gas expander where gases are cooled to negative temperature. These gases are used for delivery of cold to the respective consumer and for cooling and condensation of steam after steam expander.
