FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-temperature nickel-based cast alloys and products with a single-crystal structure made from them by the method of directional crystallization, for example, rotor blades of a low-pressure turbine of gas turbine engines operating for a long time at temperatures up to 1000°C. Nickel-based heat-resistant cast alloy comprises, wt.%: chromium 8.5-10.5, cobalt 6.0-8.0, molybdenum 3.0-4.5, aluminium 4.8-5.7, titanium 4.2-4.7, carbon 0.06-0.12, boron 0.005-0.015, zirconium 0.01-0.05, tungsten 1.0-2.2, niobium 0.5-1.0, vanadium 0.1-0.5, calcium 0.001-0.025, at least one element from the group including lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium from more than 0.02 to 0.20, at least one element from the group including yttrium, scandium, lutetium 0.01-0.10, if necessary, tantalum up to 0.08, the rest is nickel, whereas the alloy comprises at least three elements from the group including lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, yttrium, scandium, lutetium.
EFFECT: high heat resistance, long-term strength of nickel-based alloy at temperatures of 900-1000°С and possibility of manufacturing turbine blades with a single-crystal structure with their subsequent thermal and/or barothermal treatment at higher temperatures by increasing the values of the solidus temperature of the alloy of 1280-1286°C.
