FIELD: construction and agricultural technology. SUBSTANCE: method implies successive creation of base, drainage system, and soil bed. Base is made with slopes. Drainage system is made up of drains and draining layers. Longitudinal drain is laid along central longitudinal axis of lawn. After that, formed is circular main drain together with lateral drains. Slopes of base are formed along or across central longitudinal axis of lawn. In case of need, base is covered with waterproofing materials. Drainage system is arranged in base or in draining layers and filtering layers. Drainage system is made in the form of drains or draining pipes laid at incline of 0.1-3.0%. Drains and draining pipes are filled with draining and filtering materials. Used in function of draining or filtering materials which fill or cover drains or draining pipes are crushed-stone, gravel, pebbles, slags, sand, and other materials of organic or artificial origin. Drains and draining pipes are located on base or in draining materials or on draining or filtering or waterproofing materials. Drains and draining pipes can be covered by one or several layers of draining or filtering materials. Draining pipes can be with holes or without them. Application of aforesaid method allows for improving conditions for development of lawn grass, ensuring quick removal of rain and thawed water from lawn surface with reaching optimal quality characteristics of lawn sod.
