DRAIN SYSTEM OF SPORTS GROUND WITH ARTIFICIAL SURFACE FOR AREA WITH HIGHER HUMIDITY AND METHOD OF ITS CONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E01C13/02

Abstract RU 2359079 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, in particular, to design and technology of sports ground drain system with artificial surface for area with higher humidity. Compact, profiled and repeatedly compacted bottom of manifold and drying drain channels is filled at thickness of at least 20 mm and not more than 70 mm by compacted, profiled and repeatedly compacted granite chaff with fraction of 2-10 mm, onto which manifold corrugated PVC pipes are laid being covered with geotextile, for instance, with diametre of 110 mm, as well as drying corrugated drain PVC pipes, for instance, with diametre of 50 mm, and are filled with compacted granite crushed stone with fraction of at least 20 mm and not more than 70 mm to the level of surface of drain system draining layers base. All profiled and repeatedly compacted surfaces of drying, manifold drain channels and surface pf drain system draining layers base earth in sports ground are filled at thickness of at least 150 mm and not more than 250 mm with compacted, profiled and repeatedly compacted granite crushed stone with fraction of at least 20 mm and not more than 70 mm. All specified surface of granite crushed stone of sports ground drain system is filled at thickness of at least 70 mm and not more than 250 mm with compacted, profiled and repeatedly compacted fine granite crushed stone with fraction of at least 5 mm and not more than 20 mm. All mentioned surface of fine crushed stone of drain system of sports ground is coated with layer of geotextile. All surface of mentioned geotextile is filled at thickness of at least 30 mm and not more than 80 mm with compacted, profiled and repeatedly compacted granite chaff with fraction of 2-10 mm. All surface of mentioned granite chaff of sports ground drain system is coated with the second layer of geotextile, on surface of which sports ground artificial surface is arranged.

EFFECT: improved quality of construction, provision of fast drain of rain and melt waters from surface and obtainment of durable, optimal, high-quality characteristics of sports grounds with artificial surface for games and sports competitions at more efficient, simple and fast method of sports ground drain system construction for area with increased humidity and durable operation in all seasons.
