SUBSTANCE: rotor has shaft mounting helical blades; novelty is that blade is cut out of planar round blank along curved line close to Archimedean spiral stretched along axis of hollow and adjusting shafts; first turn of helical blade is rigidly fixed on hollow shaft; diameter of helical blade increases towards wind direction and next turns are attached to rods passed through longitudinal slots inside hollow shaft and rigidly fixed to adjusting shaft coaxially arranged inside hollow shaft for its displacement along hollow shaft. EFFECT: improved effectiveness of wind stream utilization, improved reliability of automatic control of rotor power. 2 dwg
