FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: method of the boiler plant work, according to which the main flow of the generated in the boiler water steam is directed to the shell-and-tube heat exchanger for heating the delivery water up to the temperature of 110-120°C, the delivery water heated in the shell-and-tube heat exchanger is supplied to the heat supply system pipeline, a part of water steam generated in the steam boiler is fed into the steam deaerator for degassing of make-up water and condensate, the combustion products of the natural gas after the steam boiler is cooled in the water economizer up to 140-160°C, and it is supplied along the main gas duct to the condensing surface heat recovery unit, where it is subjected to deep cooling up to the temperature of 35-40°C with condensing of the water steam part containing in the combustion products, heated up to the temperature 65-70°C and discharged into the atmosphere by the smoke exhauster. Thus the combustion products of the natural gas after its deep cooling up to the temperature 35-40°C in the condensing surface heat recovery unit is heated up to the temperature of 65-70°C by the condensate of water steam, forming at the shell-and-tube heat exchanger during the delivery water heating process up to the temperature of 110-120°C, in the recuperative heat exchanger, installed after the condensing surface heat recovery unit on the suction side of the smoke exhauster.
EFFECT: increase of the boiler plant efficiency by increasing the amount of supplied to the consumer heat with delivery water, heated in the shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
