FIELD: space technology, control systems of spacecraft. SUBSTANCE: flux of electromagnetic radiation from object is passed through optical system, is directed into photodetector based on charge-coupled device where it is converted into matrix of binary electric charges that is passed at beginning through one neuroaccelerator that forms bias potential to ensure enhancement of elements of matrix of convex image across output of neuroaccelerator which center matches sought-for center of analyzed image. Later enhanced matrix is converters in another neuroaccelerator to form bias potential in such way that matrix of binary electric charges is generated in the course of several clock periods. Unit charges of matrix correspond to center of analyzed image. Device for realization of procedure has optical system and photodetector based on charge-coupled device, placed in sequence and optically coupled. First computation units and neuroaccelerator, second computation units and neuroaccelerator and third computation unit are connected in series to output of charge-coupled device. Second outputs and inputs of first and third computation units are correspondingly connected to second input and output of second computation unit.
