METHOD FOR TRAINING RAPID FIRING BY GUNNER Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2148275 C1

FIELD: sport. SUBSTANCE: method involves development of psychic, visual and motor components of complex movement in stages from respective elements. General preparation stage involves production of complex movement by making spurt motions. Training of motor component for development of fast and slow spurt motions of arms, legs and body also involves training actions of coordination component of visual reaction to alteration of order, type and force value of spurt motions. In addition method involves training of psychic reaction to alteration of conditions for issuing instructions for making game spurt motions. Training of shooting stationary targets involves training of complex motion by making preparation, shouldering and shooting. Training of motor component involves increased speed for shooting targets to 2-3 seconds from issuing instruction till finishing last shot in series of 8-9 shots. In addition this training involves visual coordination of alteration of value of targeting load. Training of psychic reaction is achieved by variation of psychic meditation state under introduced noises or faults in moments of targeting and shooting, alteration of order and type of elements of complex motion and making competitions to achieve result. Training of shooting moving targets involves training of complex motion by making preparation, shouldering, leading and shooting. Training of motor component is combined with visual training for alteration of speed, angle, direction of targets flight and distance to them. In addition training of motor component is combined with training for visual jump from one target to another including ideation motor component into sequence of complex movement and issuing command. The ideation motor component includes mental representation of alternating sequence of visual- motor elements for keeping target in sight, gun ascension angle and sportsman body turning with simultaneous advance of target by gun point to point of contact. Combined psychic-visual-motor reaction is judged as acquired using time interval, for which sportsman slows gun ascension to its horizontal holding and shooting within this interval, which is equal to 0.15-0.25 s. EFFECT: increased precision of heating target, while keeping dynamic stereotype in movements of gunner. 2 dwg, 2 tbl, 4 ex
