FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves spraying neutral anolyte having pH=7.0- 8.2 and reduction-oxidation potential magnitude from +400 to +1000 mV relative to chloro-silver comparison electrode. The anolyte is produced by sequentially treating sodium chloride solution of 0.5-5.0 g/l concentration in cathode and anode chambers of membranous electrochemical cell keeping anode chamber flow volume discharge rate at the level of 0.999-0.5 times of cathode chamber flow volume discharge rate. Spraying is carried out in achieving 5-50 mcm fine aerosol not later than in 30 min after producing neutral anolyte under normal climatic conditions with mass concentration of aerosol being equal to 50-100 mg/m3. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness, ecological safety and reliability of the method; wide range of functional applications. 5 cl, 1 tbl
