FIELD: medicine, agriculture, food industry, transport, communal- general service, etc. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with sanitation of housings, equipment, inventory, packaging, raw material, ready-to-use products and surrounding air medium. Aerosol disinfection of closed spacings and inner objects and animals, birds, man and air medium is carried out due to spraying a disinfecting substance as anolytic solution obtained at applying the treatment of alkaline metal chloride solution at 0.5-5.0 g/l concentration in anode chamber of diaphragmatic electrolyzer. Spraying is conducted in the mode of mass aerosol concentration ranged 5.0-50.0 mg/cu. m at 5-10 mcm dispersity not later than 30 min after obtaining anolytic solution not mixing it with air. Then comes the next treatment of closed spacings with aerosol due to spraying it not mixing with air at 5.0-30.0 mcm substance dispersity as catholytic solution at pH being not less than 9 and redox potential - not less than minus 700 mV. Catholytic solution is obtained at treating alkaline metal chloride in cathode chamber of diaphragmatic electrolyzer. Spraying with catholytic solution is carried out not later than 30 min after treating with anolytic solution. Moreover, the temperature of spraying substances must be above that of treated medium, and relative moisture of treated medium must be within 80- 90%. The usage of the present innovation enables to increase ecological purity of treated medium at simultaneous increased efficiency of disinfection conducted and create favorable conditions for development and existing of biological objects, man, among them. EFFECT: higher efficiency. _
