FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing for holding container having a set of tightly sealed openings having separate encapsulated drug doses. The container is optionally shifted relative to the casing to provide for setting in sequence every opening in a position to make openings coincident with an air supply canal communicating to mouthpiece. To destroy sealing covers, the device has piercing member like pin that is insertable into the given opening. Form and displacement of the pin are so that no amount of powder drug is forced from the opening due to the pin moving. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in dosing powder drugs. 16 cl, 46 dwg
