FIELD: pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with improving the taste of solid preparations which contain one or several active ingredients. Polyole or carbohydrate should be dissolved in water. An active substance is dissolved or suspended in a solvent. Mixture is first sprayed in an air flow at 120-300 C or mixed in a whirl air flow at 40-120 C at the presence of a primer, then it is pressed up. Composition is obtained by this method and it contains, if necessary, a natural or synthesized sweet substance or a dyer. Solid preparation is obtained, also, by the given method.
