FIELD: organofluoric compounds. SUBSTANCE: trifluoromethanesulfonyl fluoride in gas state is added to 1:(2-10) mixture of metal hydroxide (oxide) with velocity 0.21 cu.m/sq.m s. At temperature 60-85 C and atmospheric pressure, feeding of trifluoromethanesulfonyl fluoride is stopped when pH is reached 7. EFFECT: increased productivity of process, improved quality pf product, and reduced expenses. 4 cl, 2 tbl
