SUBSTANCE: press for producing edible vegetable oil comprises a housing with a loading hopper and a screw, the end part of which is made convex in the form of a sphere. Wherein an additional chamber with openings for oil outlet and a central opening for cake outlet are installed in the housing, the end part of which is made concave in the form of a sphere. A piezoceramic radiator in the form of a flat washer, connected through a power amplifier with a master oscillator, is installed behind the end part of the additional chamber arranged with the possibility of reciprocating motion.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of oil from oilseeds due to alternating impact on the product in the zone of intensive squeezing and releasing the oil part blocked between the product and in its pores, and ensuring its unimpeded outflow to the outlets.
