FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, particularly, production of pipe steels resistant to corrosion including medium of hydrogen sulfide. SUBSTANCE: method includes melting of metal in electric furnace, cutting-off of oxidizing slag, tapping of unreduced melt into ladle, refining in the course of tapping and refining of steel on furnace-ladle plant by introduction into melt of aluminum in amount of 0.7-1.5 kg/t in tapping of 5-10% of heat; mixtures of limestone, fluorospar, alumina and coke in ratio of (20-30):(2-6):(2-6): (1-2). Mixture is introduced during melt tapping to under metal jet in amount of 81-5 kg/t with maintenance of mixture supply duration-melt tapping duration ratio within 0.9-1.0 and stirring of melt by blowing with argon. Then silicomanganese in mixture with aluminum, ferrovanadium or ferroniobium is introduced in ratio of (30-60):(1-1.5):(2-12) in amount of 9-20 kg/t. Metal is treated with calcium in amount of 0.8-1.2 kg/t. EFFECT: higher corrosion resistance and resistance to cold of produced steel. 1 cl, 3 ex
