FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: metal output to steel ladle is performed for 4-8 minutes at the metal temperature at least 1650°C, during output aluminium is added in amount of 2.1-2.5 kg/t of steel at carbon content in metal prior to the output up to 0.055% and in amount of 1.7-2.1 kg/t of steel at carbon content in metal prior to output at least 0.055%, and lime in amount of 4.0-6.1 kg/t of steel at sulphur content in cast iron up to 0.025% and in amount 6.1-7.5 kg/t of steel at sulphur content in cast iron at least 0.025%, and during out of furnace treatment the metal blasting by argon is performed for at least 50 minutes, and metal is treated by calcium containing chemical on the basis 0.05-0.5 kg of calcium per 1 ton of steel.
EFFECT: invention reduces content of non-metallic inclusions in the pipe steel and increases its corrosion resistance.
