METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RAILWAY TRACK STRUCTURE WITHOUT CRUSHED-STONE BALLAST Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: railway building technology. SUBSTANCE: in accordance with method, following construction stages are exercised: concrete slab is preliminarily embedded in concreted track route, supporting slabs of base are concreted layer after layer on preliminarily embedded concrete slab, supporting slabs of rails are placed and adjusted, rails are drawn together and screwed up. Operations are performed by machines which work automatically of semi-automatically. After placement of supporting slabs of base and before placing and adjusting of rail supporting slabs, following stages of work are exercised: grinding-off of base supporting slabs as to their height and position, making chambers for concrete mix in concrete slab of track route by means of drilling, installation of shuttering frames for supporting slabs of base and filling shuttering frames with concrete. Also possible is another version: initially chambers for concrete mix are made, shuttering frames are installed for slabs of base, rail supporting slabs are placed and adjusted, shuttering frames are filled with concrete, rails are drawn together and screwed up. Application of aforesaid method allows for excluding manufacture of rail strings with sleepers in the form of ready reinforced concrete articles. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
