FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, balancer for rotary parts and units. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has circular outer roller race disposed in closed casing, which is positioned concentrically relative to rotary part or system and attached to rotary part or system mounted for joint rotation. Predetermined number of rolling bodies are positioned within casing for free movement along roller race in dynamic and/or static contact with it in the process of rotation of rotary system. Outer race is made in separate ring of large diameter having toroid portion defining groove of curved concave profile faced to ring center. Ring is inserted into casing part made in the form of receptacle for seating surface of ring and providing radial rigidity and axial centering sufficient for retaining circular shape of ring. Toroid groove is positioned concentrically with respect to axis of rotary system. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency by reduced contact stress between rolling bodies. 12 cl, 4 dwg
