SUBSTANCE: thickness of protective layer ranges from 0.025 to 0.2 or from 0.5 to 2.0 of thickness of heat-insulating material. Kaolin cotton is used as heat-insulating material. Rater is connected with hearth tube and casing by welding. Such relationships ensure protection of casing during operation of insulating rater unit.
