FIELD: casting of metals. SUBSTANCE: this method permits manufacture monolithic heatproof sectioned tyre of furnace roller without shrink holes and cold solderings, avoid thermal tensions, fractures appearing during crystallization. Detachable mould is used. Solid insert is set up in the lower semi-mould in which metal plate is preliminary placed. The working surface of metal plate has a layer of fireproof paint for making up a side surface of furnace roller sectioned tyre. Heatproof alloy is poured at the temperature of 1690-1720 C in volume equal to 3-4 volumes of solid insert. Heatproof alloy is provided separately to each section and cooled with the speed of 75-85 C per hour. EFFECT: improved quality. 2 dwg, 3 tbl
