Abstract RU 2148838 C1

FIELD: seismic prospecting, study of geological structure of media formed complexly. SUBSTANCE: reflected waves are enhanced by obtained data, time of their recording, angle of approach, amplitude and effective velocity of propagation are determined. Authenticity of enhanced waves is evaluated. Law of change of effective velocities, intervals with equal values of gradients of change of effective velocities, values of time (Tzw) of waves reflected once in crossing points of intervals with different gradients of effective velocities are determined. Changes of effective velocities in selected intervals are correlated, values of time (Tzw) of waves reflected once matching graphs of effective velocities on correlation diagram are correlated with values of time (Tzw) of waves reflected across section. Fields of effective velocities are defined. Obtained data are interpreted as one complex and geologic-geophysical model of medium matched with section is plotted. Kinematic characteristics of wave field of gradient medium are converted into characteristics of medium with average velocity. Averaged values of field of effective velocities of reflected waves on which isometric lines of equal values present form of reflecting horizons in time scale ( (Tzw/2, Vef) ) are obtained for each reflecting horizon with due account of corrections. These fields are converted into structural map of depths along vertical line and distortions related to inclination of plane of rays under conditions of nonrigorous orientation of profiles across and along strike are excluded. EFFECT: increased efficiency and authenticity of proposed technique.
