FIELD: direct search for oil and gas deposits. SUBSTANCE: seismic electric prospecting by system of radial profiles is conducted, their crossing point being located within limits of examined object with appearance of not less than 1/3 of length of profiles beyond its limits. Complex interpretation of recorded fields is run. Matched seismic electric prospecting time section is plotted. Seismoelectric complexes related startigraphically are found. Interval parameters of longitudinal resistance (ρL) and predicted interval velocity (Vint) are calculated per each complex. Graphs of dependence of distribution of parameters along profile are plotted. Intervals of synchronous behavior of these graphs are brought out. Correlation between parameters within limits of synchronous intervals are calculated. This dependence is used to define values of predicted longitudinal resistance (ρv) which are directly proportional to Vint. Complex parameter (γ) is computed by obtained data in correspondence with expression γ = ρLv, where ρL is observed values of longitudinal resistance of single stratum; ρv are predicted values of resistance; γ is complex parameter. If value of complex parameter exceeds 0.5 conclusion is made on presence of oil and gas deposits. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity, accuracy and reliability of detection of oil and gas deposits. 2 dwg
